There are still two weeks, until Thursday 9 May, to communicate your availability to act as scrutineers for the European elections scheduled for Saturday 8 and Sunday 9 June. An opportunity aimed at all voters of the Municipality of Piacenza, with priority given to citizens who are unemployed or unemployed, on redundancy pay, registered on the mobility lists or students.
The required commitment is from 9am to 11pm on Saturday 8 June, from 7am until the end of the counting on Sunday 9th (until 11pm in the special polling stations).
All the information in this regard can be found on the website www.comune.piacenza.it, also highlighted on the home page: from the dedicated section you can directly access the institution’s electronic help desk, where you can download the application form which can be sent online, sent by email to the address [email protected] (even from a non-certified mailbox) or delivered by hand to the Quic multifunctional counters in Viale Beverora, by the deadline of 9 May.
The possibility of applying for the role of scrutineer has also been extended to citizens who are not yet registered in the specific municipal register; in this case, in addition to expressing availability, it will be necessary to send the request for registration in the Register itself.
