The 44 meter Maverick was delivered by Cantiere delle Marche

Maverick, the first Flexplorer 146 yacht from Cantiere delle Marche, has been delivered.

The news was learned from a post from the Ancona shipyard on Instagram which underlines everyone’s satisfaction “after years of work and months of meticulous preparation” which have allowed the owner and his family to undertake the maiden voyage in recent days.

Maverick is the first of three models of the Flexplorer series ordered from the Vasco Buonpensiere shipyard. Its construction began in 2020 on a design by Hydro Tec for the exteriors and by Francesco Paszkowski in collaboration with Margherita Casprini for the interiors.

The explorer superyacht has cabins spread over three decks, with the owner’s suite on the main deck. Among its features: the custom-built A-frame crane with 4000 kg lifting capacity that fits flush with the deck, strategically positioned at the edges of the large cockpit and the collapsible bulkheads that extend to the end of the cockpit which can be folded; Furthermore, the possibility of positioning the deck accessories at a lower level on the platform to transform the entire aft deck into a large area of ​​135 square meters.

Powered by two Caterpillar C32 Acerts, the Flexplorer 146 has the capacity to carry 64,000 liters of fuel on board which allows it a range of over 5,000 nautical miles at economical speed.
