Benacquista Assicurazioni Latina Basket, committed to the themes of inclusion and sporting values, will participate on April 29th in an event linked to the Community Educational Pact promoted by the Municipality of Cisterna di Latina. The initiative, entitled “Children Count: School in motion”, organized by the Leone Caetani School Institute, will take place at the Cisterna di Latina sports hall.

During the day, Nerazzurri captain Salvatore Parrillo will speak on the topic of fair play, sharing experiences related to his basketball career in which fairness was the protagonist. Furthermore, Massimo Antonelli of TAM TAM Basketball will talk about sport as a tool for integration.

Tam Tam Basketball, a non-profit association, is committed to promoting social inclusion through sport, with particular attention to children of Nigerian origin born in Italy. The boys of the Tam Tam team will participate in the Together Tournament organized by Benacquista Assicurazioni Latina Basket on 29 and 30 April at the Istituto V. Veneto gym in Latina.

Marco Biancolini, responsible for the Lazio region for Baskin, will talk about the importance of sport as a means of inclusion. Baskin, or “integrated basketball”, allows able-bodied and disabled young people to play on the same team, promoting effective inclusion.

The event will involve pupils from first and second level schools, who will have the opportunity to actively participate in sporting activities, demonstrating that sport is a means of bringing people together and uniting.
