AVERSA – The revelations of entrepreneurs arrested by the police as part of the wads For permissions to build and for procurement to the Municipality of Aversa they are bringing out a real clientelistic system which has the organisation’s technical office at its centre.
The arrests
L’investigationwe remember, carried out by the Aversa Carabinieri investigative unit led to the arrest of 8 people, including the municipal manager Raffaele Serpico, the surveyor Giuseppe Minale and the entrepreneurs Alfonso and Yari Cecere, father and son respectively.
Details of the investigation
The investigations began in June 2021 from a complaint presented by the former mayor Alfonso Golia who sent to the Prosecutor’s Office a request for access to documents presented by the entrepreneur Yari Cecere relating to the building permit for a building who had complained about a control activity deemed unfair and which would have been linked to two exposed anonymous.
This led to the arrival of the Carabinieri at the Town Hall and the acquisition of the documents relating to the building in Via Linguiti. The military discovered not only that the complaints were valid, as the builders had reduced the volumes without permission, but also that the same operation had not caused the cancellation of the permit by the manager Serpico and the surveyor Minale despite the findings of an inspection.
At that point the police continued their investigations thanks also to telephone interceptions and the installation of cameras in the municipality.
