“Foligno On Stage” Welcomes Crosses and Raphael Gualazzi
The Foligno music festival presents the Italian debut of the Crosses and an exclusive jazz performance by Raphael Gualazzi.
This summer, the city of Foligno will become a point of reference for music lovers with two exceptional events scheduled as part of the “Foligno On Stage” festival. The first event will feature the musical project Crosses, formed by Chino Moreno of Deftones and the producer and multi-instrumentalist Shaun Lopez of Far. This appointment represents one of only two Italian dates of their tour, which will stop at the San Domenico Auditorium on June 13th.
The Crosses, known for their style that blends dream pop and dark wave, promise an immersive experience with sounds that range from synth pop to ambient, passing through trip-hop. The band quickly gained international attention, making a successful debut with their second EP and climbing the charts to number 26 on the Billboard 200 with their first studio album.
At the same time, the music festival continues with another great event on November 8, when Raphael Gualazzi will bring his new live project to the same stage at San Domenico. Gualazzi, an eclectic artist who has explored diverse musical genres from jazz to blues, is known for his innovative approach to music. His recent album “Dreams” and EP “Dreams in Jazz” have further consolidated his reputation, presenting jazz reinterpretations of compositions by famous Italian soundtrack masters.
