[Korazym.org/Blog dell’Editore, 26.04.2024 – Veronica Cireneo] – Thursday 25 April 2024, during the Radio Spada event Roman Catholics 2024 – States General in front of the packed hall of the Hotel Astoria in Reggio Emilia, the representatives of the Scopelli Committee confirmed the Procession of Reparation and the Te Deum of Thanks for the early dismantling of the notorious blasphemous exhibition, imprudently set up in the church of Sant’Ignazio in Carpi.
It would certainly have been impossible not to thank Heaven for such a great unexpected gift: the early closure of that exhibition, the cause of so much pain and bewilderment in the souls of the simple, who were able to overcome the violently imposed critical situation, precisely with unity in prayer, also public and collective.
Five Rosaries of Reparation were recited in the square in front of the church. All organized and conducted by the Quanta Cura Committee, including the last one on April 20th. It was a very cold day. It was assumed that there would be few participants, but they did not give up. They showed up for the meeting in significant numbers, such was the joy of finally seeing the door of the church closed to public ridicule, on which there were finally no longer obscene advertising posters, but sacred banners, a sign of liberation.
This was very pleasing, especially to Marco the organizer, who kindly shared with us the salient phases of that meeting and the words of thanks expressed to the faithful gang of rosarians, and to those who for weeks attended the Rosaries of Supplication and Repair. Marco writes thus: “Dear ones, we are heartily grateful to the many faithful who have flocked to the public prayer of the rosary in recent months and to those who still showed up on the evening of April 20th, to share the duty and joy of thanking Heaven, despite the cold and the weather absolutely not favourable.”
He also reports that together with a substantial number of faithful, in penitent and humble meditation, significant prayers of thanksgiving were recited such as: the Spiritual Testament of Saint Bernadette Soubirous, the prayer to the Virgin. “You, terrible as an army lined up for battle, who alone destroyed all the heresies of the world” of Saint John Bosco and the Act of Reparation to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, while the singing of the Hail Mary of Lourdes concluded the meeting of prayer.
So here we are, after the Thanksgiving Rosary, the great procession will take place: a historic event, in which 16 Catholic movements and associations have already joined, including the promoter Committee Scopelli. The procession will start from the square of the Carpi cemetery in viale Cipressi 7 at 5.00 pm next Saturday 11 May. We will then cross the center of the city towards the church of Sant’Ignazio, already home to the blasphemous Carpi exhibition, which closed last April 18 after 47 days of opening to the public [QUI].
