Bologna, 26 April 2024 – Samuele Bersani returns to Bologna, at the Teatro Europaauditium, this evening at 9pm, for the second of two sold-out dates, accompanied by the Ensemble Symphony Orchestra conducted by Maestro Giacomo Loprieno.

In ‘Samuele Bersani & Orchestra – Tour Indoor 2024’, the singer-songwriter re-proposes his songs in an orchestral key, thus giving them a new interpretative and musical impetus. A partly still unpublished setlist will cover different facets of his thirty-year repertoire: from the great hits to the songs from his latest album ‘Cinema Samuele’ (winner of his fifth Targa Tenco, if there were any need to reiterate the quality of this artist). A show that revolves around a lineup of 36 instrumentalists.
And the beginning of the concert is precisely in the name of the dutiful homage to his artistic ‘father’, Lucio Dalla, with ‘Mostro’, a small fable about incommunicability, the same song with which he opened the ‘Cambio Tour’ in 1991, its true, first meeting with the public. Since then he has had many successes, interspersed with a desire to tell his story, to entertain, which will certainly be even stronger in ‘his Bologna’, to establish a deeper relationship with listeners than usually happens in pop. Revealing for the author of ‘Chicco e Spillo’ an ability to communicate not only with the instrument of music, which has almost disappeared from the horizons of the new protagonists of the song. The notes of the Orchestra and the swirling and imposing progression of the strings will intertwine, support and push the artist’s visceral music, increasing the dynamics of volume and emotions, the full and empty spaces, guiding the audience on this unexpected and wonderful journey sonorous. A journey in which there will be plenty of space for encores, from ‘The Fisherman of Asterisks’ to ‘Ask Me If I’m Happy’.
