Penultimate round in D, Maremma still fighting for the lead, but Orvietana needs safety points.
180 minutes to go, few verdicts are already certain: the direct relegations of Cenaia and Mobilieri Ponsacco. There are many connections between those who have to avoid the playouts, those who hope to make the playoffs and those who are racing towards Serie C, so many that it is difficult to summarize them all, even though there are only two days left to go.
Orvietana goes to visit Grosseto, third in the standings, -4 from leaders Pianese, -1 from second, Follonica Gavorrano and +4 from Tau. The red and whites of Rizzolo, +7 from Sansepolcro, +8 from Real Forte dei Marmi, -2 from Montevarchi and -3 from San Donato, know that they cannot be overtaken, but they must try to look for points even in the tough away match at Zecchini stadium, before the last matchday at home against Livorno. If the commitments of Pianese and Gavorrano provide more stimuli for Grosseto it will be even more difficult, but if the first two resolve the matter soon, maybe who knows…
As usual, Rizzolo will have to think first about the position of the unders, to find the best possible formation, some of the younger players suffered from some problems during the week, so up to the end it will be difficult to imagine a starting eleven.

Decisive weekend also for the competitive youth sector, which offers the final match of the championship for the Under 19s, who, against Fossombrone at home, can target second place and therefore the best starting position in the play offs; however, not even first place is mathematically excluded yet. Vigor Senigallia, which leads the group, is three points behind the young red and whites. Only one point divides them from Sambenedettese, currently second in the standings. However, the Marche team will meet Fermana, a non-ranking team, in the last round and therefore, regardless of how it goes, they will not capitalize on points. If Vigor Senigallia were to lose in the home match against Notaresco and Orvietana emerged victorious in the home match against Fossombrone, first place would be theirs.
Last also for Under 17, who will be on stage in Terni, and Under 15 who defend the record at home against Pontevalleceppi: for Valterio’s boys there is therefore the opportunity to become absolute Umbrian category champions and participate in the national phase of the very young. The Under 14s are also on the pitch in Terni.
