ALESSANDRIA – It was a touching and formative experience that they went through classes of the “Vochieri” middle school in Alessandria who participate in project “Justice adopts the School”, promoted by Vittorio Occorsio Foundation. Students on Wednesday met and listened to the magistrate Alessandra Galli, daughter of Guido Galli, investigating judge at the Court of Milan killed in an attack onfar-left terrorist organization Prima Linea The 19 March 1980 at the State University of Milan, where he taught Criminology.
With great professionalism and humanity, Alessandra Galli explored the topic with the kids history of the Years of Lead, the fight against terrorism with the tragic massacres, up to retracing the moments of the revolt in the Don Soria prison in Alessandria on 9 and 10 May 1974.
“A very touching and emotional moment – they said from the Vochieri School – it was the personal story of judge Alessandra Galli, with the memory of her father, a balanced magistrate and open to dialogue, an important example of someone who fought and defended values such as honesty, courage and justice”.
Equally interesting was the second part of the conference. Carmine Falanga, president of “Ideas on the run”, he explained to the kids the social reintegration and redemption project carried out at Don Soria from the cooperative and who managed to transform a place of punishment into a space where good and constructive ideas are born.
“I thank the speakers for conveying important and significant messages – commented the School principal, Dr. Roberta Mortara – All the students showed great interest and participation, demonstrating sensitivity towards the topics covered, the meetings enriched the educational experience of our students by offering them the opportunity to reflect and understand the values of freedom of our Constitution”.
In the coming weeks the two classes involved in the project, 2C and 3D, they will make documentaries on legality starting from the revolt in the Don Soria prison.
