During the service the policemen, in two separate interventions, reported and fined two Tunisian citizens. In particular, the officers stopped an 18-year-old boy who had attracted their attention because he was walking briskly and with a cautious attitude. While the police were intent on identifying him, his policeman tried to hide a joint, which he had been smoking shortly before, in his trouser pocket. The gesture certainly did not go unnoticed. For possession of the narcotic substance he was referred pursuant to art. 75 Presidential Decree 309/90.
Instead, the other foreign citizen stopped, aged around 60, regularly residing on the national territory, was found by the police urinating in the public street towards the road. He was, therefore, administratively sanctioned for acts contrary to public decency.
