Two men, convicted of family mistreatment, were arrested in recent days by agents of the crimes against persons section of the Viterbo flying squad, while a third was banned from approaching them again for crimes related to gender violence. The man, in fact, would have caused a fracture to his ex.
Specifically, on Friday 19 April a man was sentenced to 10 years in prison by the Court of Appeal of Rome for family abuse and sexual violence against a minor for events that occurred in Viterbo in 2013.
Last Monday, 22 April, another man was sentenced to two years in prison by the Viterbo court for the crime of family abuse, which occurred in the capital of Tuscia in 2021.
Both were immediately reached by the police who, at the end of the ritual formalities, transferred them to the “Nicandro Izzo” district house in Mammagialla.
Finally, last Saturday, a ban on approach was notified against a man held responsible for mistreatment of his ex-partner.
Specifically, as part of an investigative activity coordinated by the Viterbo prosecutor’s office, the man was accused of an episode of aggression in which he caused the victim to fracture a finger.
