The mayoral candidate of the civic coalition for Sanremo Alessandro Mager and the councilor Massimo Donzella (Idea Sanremo), have carried out an inspection in recent days in Strada Privata Vallarino, affected – at house number 54 – by a partial landslide of the road surface dating back approximately 20 years, which is causing significant disruption and constitutes a potential danger.
The road is formally private but is actually for public use, it is in fact open to everyone, not just residents and several parents park there every day when they accompany their children to the school below. The owner of the Road is a man who appears to have no property and who no one has seen for some time now, therefore he could not be usefully involved.
The solution to the complex matter passes through the study of the problem from a legal point of view, as in other similar situations affecting the City, in which private roads for public use are numerous and require interventions.
Mayoral candidate Alessandro Mager has undertaken to study the procedural methods with which to address and resolve the age-old issue, both in Strada Privata Vallarino and elsewhere, identifying in the first instance all similar situations.
