The UILFPL of TERNI has not signed the pre-agreement of the decentralized supplementary contract with the Municipality of Terni. For this reason, on April 30th the category has organized an assembly at the municipal library of Terni, to illustrate the contents of the administration’s proposal and the choices of the Fpl.
Decision at the end of the meeting with the Municipality
“The decision not to sign – said the territorial representative Agata Amitrano – came at the end of the meeting which took place on Thursday 18 April between the trade union organisations, the RSU and the Municipality of Terni. The lack of certainties regarding an adequate investment and a balanced use of resources for the benefit of all staff weighs heavily. The UILFPL of TERNI had asked to guarantee greater investments and to include in the contract safeguard rules on the various institutions to protect all workers, starting from a specific guarantee clause for the year 2024 of a quota for productivity and progressions economic at least equal to that shared in 2023″.
Absence of answers
“He had also asked to make the most of the internal staff, ensuring all the resources permitted by the rules for career development, both in the ordinary and derogatory ways provided for by the National Collective Agreement signed for over a year now: an essential tool to avoid the unpleasant but understandable phenomenon of the increasingly frequent departure of qualified personnel from the Municipality of Terni. The absence of positive responses from the Administration to these essential requests, aimed at protecting the collective interest of all workers, required an immediate check with them”.
The appointment
The UILFPL of TERNI has therefore decided to urgently convene a staff meeting for next 30 April 2024 from 09.00 to 12.00, at the Municipal Library of Terni (BCT) “Videoconferences” room, to illustrate the real contents of the Administration’s proposal, the choices and concerns of the UILFPL and therefore “democratically decide together with its members and supporters the lines to follow in future meetings with the public party negotiating delegation”.
