Press review – Former Enel area torn from decay: a 16 meter high building emerges. Green light in the Commission for the redevelopment and recovery project, the opposition abstains. 27 apartments and 25 public car parks are on the way, in addition to the 58 appurtenant ones
In the abandoned area in via Destra del Porto, a building with 27 residential apartments will be built, managed by the “Rimini.re” company. Bringing the Municipality 25 public car parks (with access from via Dardanelli), in addition to the 58 appurtenant ones and seven for motorbikes, and an equipped green area. This is, as explained yesterday morning in the Commission by the Councilor for Urban Planning, Roberta Frisoni (getting the green light by majority with the opposition abstaining), of the feasibility study for an agreed building permit for the urban regeneration of the former area Enel of approximately 6,800 square meters, “currently occupied by three disused buildings”, and therefore in a state of decay in an area in the prestigious marina between via Destra del Porto and via Dardanelli.
