The first appointment with the seasonal market in Marina di Carrara is scheduled for Sunday 28 April, as foreseen by the retail plan in public areas.
The market will take place every Sunday until August 25, 2024.
To allow the initiative to be carried out safely, the provisions contained in Management Ordinance no. 352 of Sector 9 – Local Police, mobility safety come into force.
Every Sunday, from 7.00 to 20.00, in the period between 28 April and 25 August, a transit and parking ban is established on both sides with removal for all vehicles in via Garibaldi in the stretch between viale XX Settembre and piazza Nazioni United; Piazza Nazioni Unite in the stretch between Via Garibaldi and the extension of Via Venezia; piazza Nazioni Unite (extension of via Venezia from via Volpi towards the east); United Nations square on the eastern side (parking stalls upstream of the driveway n. 2171).
The intersection area of via N. Sauro with via Garibaldi will be closed to vehicular traffic, while vehicles traveling along via Fiorillo towards the sea will have to turn right once they reach the intersection with via Garibaldi.
Emergency and emergency vehicles, emergency vehicles, police vehicles and those used by accredited street vendors are excluded from the provision.
