Organized by the association Winemakers in north-west Sardiniawith the patronage of the Sardinia Foundation, Città del Vino, Comes and the Municipalities of Sennori and Usini, tomorrow, Thursday 25 Aprilas part of the event “Sardinia Wine Week”, the municipal library of Sennori will host the event “Radizi – Earth, Tradition, Resilience”, an event dedicated to the celebration of the agricultural production of the area, which leverages local history and traditions, respect for the environment and sustainability.
The Sennori event will be focused on the promotion and valorisation of Sardinian wine-growing realities, in order to encourage collaboration between the various participating territories, laying the foundations for responsible and cutting-edge wine development, which considers the concepts of sustainability and innovation and identifies a new process of communication capable of enhancing the peculiarities of individuals, while creating a unified system of presentation, information and promotion.
The day will begin at 10am with a panel discussion Between sommeliers, thematic influencers, bloggers, journalists and sector operators, in which a masterclass on white wines from the North West will be organised. This will be followed by a reception at the “La pace dei sensi” b&b and in the afternoon a unique tasting banquet where the wines of the companies involved in the project will be offered.
