Sassari A Command close to people and even more to the young peopleto explain to them the principles of legality and of correctness and at the same time make them feel safe and protected. It is thanks to this that in recent days the municipal administration was awarded the “Anci 2023 Urban Security” awardassigned to Local police of Sassari in Rome in the national headquarters of the Association of Italian Municipalities.
The Command, representing the entire city administration, won the award for the best school project 2023: “All for one”awareness and contrast campaign with respect to the issues of bullying he was born in cyberbullying promoted by the local Police Command under the direction of the commander Gianni Serrathe coordination of the major Emanuele Fresi and by the agents Federica Carta And Serena Fattacciu. Together with the assistant Filippo Petrettoalways present to support every initiative, were all invited to the ceremony in Rome during which they received the award.
The Sassari project obtained the prestigious national recognition for the incisiveness of the message transmitted to adolescents and for the articulation of the path developed during theentire school year. Numerous awareness days were organized and carried out in secondary school classes, focusing on constant discussions and current debates on the topic of bullying and cyberbullying in which pupils, teachers and agents participated.
It was also established in schools a working group made up of students to whom to entrust the monitoring of this phenomenon within the institutions and this with the aim of promoting effective prevention and contrast tools, and to detect the first alarm bells. But this project has also foreseen numerous moments of reflection and informationmade in squares and places where teenagers gather and, finally, the active participation of schools in the awareness campaign with the creation by each individual school participating in the project of a short film on the theme which was presented in competition among all the institutes in the final conference of the legality campaign, in which the phenomenon was further analyzed in front of technicians, teachers, managers, institutional representatives and students, and the dramatic testimonies of the president of the Carolina Foundation, Paolo Picchio, and of a young girl from Sassari who was bullied for years.
