New website of the Municipality of Latina. Each citizen will have a personal area

The Municipality of Latina has presented a new institutional portal.
The portal was designed with the aim of making the interaction between citizens and the municipal administration a simple and useful experience. The site follows strict national guidelines to ensure regulatory compliance and accessibility.

Transparency and security

The new portal was financed within the specific PNRR notice dedicated to web sites and services.

It stands out for its intuitive and accessible architecture. Compliance with regulations on digital accessibility and the protection of personal data were priorities in its design, making it a point of reference for transparency and interaction with citizens.

An area for every citizen of Latina

The portal includes acitizen’s personal area, accessible via SPID, CIE and eIDAS. In that area you can have access to documents, services and communications with the administration that concern the user-citizen.

Furthermore, municipal operators have a dedicated back office for the efficient management of content aimed at citizens.

A Multichannel Communication Campaign

In conjunction with the launch of the new portal, a communication campaign is launched on various channels, including video tutorials, social media posts and printed material.

The goal is to ensure that every citizen, regardless of their level of familiarity with technology, can understand and use the new site effectively.

The Words of the Mayor of Latina

Mayor Matilde Celentano then underlined

“The new portal of the Municipality of Latina represents an evolution of the Institution’s institutional website and, above all, the activation of new digital services aimed at citizens.

I would like to thank the Kibernetes digital transition consultants Enzo Buso and Micheal Bressan and Barbara Baldacchini, account managers – central area of ​​the digital transformation department, who worked on the creation of the new portal, subject to Pnrr funding.

I also thank the offices that worked for several months assisting the company in the transaction. As Mayor I want to underline that the new portal is an open door to the opportunities and services offered to citizens, through simple, fast and intuitive navigation.

As part of the project, various digital services have been activated, such as the request for the publication of marriages, requests for the assignment of public housing, for access to the pedestrian area, for parking for disabled people and so on. In the near future, the digital services package will be expanded.”
