CASTELMASSA (Rovigo) – Carabinieri of the Company of Castelmassa (Rovigo), assisted in the executive phase by personnel from the Office of border police of the “G.” airport Marconi” in Bolognahave implemented, by delegation from the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Rovigo, a precautionary measure of custody in prison requested and obtained by the same Prosecutor’s Office against an Italian subject, 50 years old, tracked down at the Bologna airport, resident in the upper Polesine area, since he was held responsible, in an accusatory hypothesis, of “aggravated sexual assault”.
After delicate investigations started in recent monthscoordinated by the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Rovigo and conducted by the Carabinieri of the Castelmassa Company, emerged serious indications of guilt on the part of the person subjected to investigations who, with violence and abuse of authority, in the family context forced, according to the accusation formulated in the accusatory hypothesis, more teenagers to suffer sexual acts.
The 50 year old man from Polesine, at the end of the ritual tasks, was associated with the district prison of Bologna, available to the competent Judicial Authority.
