Gruppo Giovani Confimi Industria Bergamo Monza Brianza, Rancic is the new president

Monza. Training, generational change and networking. These are the main ones guidelines of the newly established Young entrepreneurs group of Confimi Industria Bergamo and Confimi Industria Monza Brianza that, in the Assembly of 17 April, held at the Monza headquarters of Confimi Industria, an employers’ association to which 45 thousand manufacturing companies are registered at a national level, for the three-year period 2024/2027 elected President Isaac Nicola Rancic (Lux Italia srl) and Vice President Nicla Gallenda (Tecnorobot srl).

The Young Entrepreneurs Group of Confimi Industria Bergamo and Confimi Industria Monza Brianza has also created its new Board of Directorscomposed of 11 members. In addition to Rancic and Gallenda, in fact, they are part of it Filippo Arosio (Strom srl), Riccardo Boniforti (Boniforti Impianti srl), Carlo Bosatelli (MTP Italia srl), Niccolò Fasolino (V Media srl), Carlotta Gasparini (Ressetende srl), Riccardo Gasparini (Resstende srl), Lodovico Tommaso Monopoli (Niklas Events srl), Andrea Moretti (Polypiù srl) e Gaia Sofia Rancic (Enmasy srl).

At the Assembly on 17 April, as evidence of the unity of purpose with which Confimi Industria was born and operates, there were also the General Director of the entrepreneurial association, Fabio Ramaiolithe President of Confimi Industria Monza Brianza, Franco Goretti and the President of the national Youth Group, Michele Ghibellini.

THE OBJECTIVES

The newly formed Young Entrepreneurs Group of Confimi Industria Bergamo and Confimi Industria Monza Brianza, in an era of great changes, is facing important challenges. Fromdigital innovation at the technological transformationup to transition towards sustainability. To address them, the idea is to start from the value and training of people.

“The so-called “human capital” it is the determining pivot for exponential growth, not only in terms of profit but in terms of the economic-social community” explains Rancic.

“We must channel commitment and resources, valorising talents, supporting the growth of Steam materials (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics), create valid and effective training courseswork with schools, universities – he continues – we want to outline the basis for a real one transformation of the world of workwhere merit and skills can lead to sustainable growth”.

LISTENING

With a view to growth, which brings together more young people within a common project, it is necessary to listen to the messages sent by those entering the world of work. “Young people want to be able to choose who and what to dedicate their efforts to” states the President of the Young Entrepreneurs Group of Confimi Industria Bergamo and Confimi Industria Monza Brianza.

The action of the Youth Group, which began its journey in our territory three years ago, rests one of its foundations on a sort of generational pactwhich has its metaphorical main legs in the skills of the new generations of entrepreneurs and in theinterconnection between companies.

“I am convinced that by focusing our efforts on these pillars, we can achieve great results for manufacturing companies and for our community as a whole” explains Nicla Gallenda, who sees in her role as Vice President of the Young Entrepreneurs of Confimi Industria Monza Brianza and Bergamo “an extraordinary opportunity to contribute to the progress of our local business community”.

“My personal goal is to focus on raising awareness about the gender gap et al dream gapwhich might seem like fashionable expressions, but their meaning goes much further – she concludes – it is crucial to address these disparities and I am ready to do my part to help bridge them”.
