More bad news arrives for Brindisi, already arithmetically relegated to D and penalized this season. The National Federal Court has imposed a new penalty, of 6 points, to be served in the next season for the delay in February payments and contributions. Below is the operative part of the sentence.
The National Federal Court ruled, in the hearing scheduled for 23 April 2024, on the referral proposed by the Federal Prosecutor no. 24969 /839pf23- 24/GC/blp of 3 April 2024, against Mrs. Mariachiara Rispoli and the company Brindisi FC Srl, the following PQM Device
The National Federal Court – Disciplinary Section, definitively ruling, imposes the following sanctions:
– for Ms Mariachiara Rispoli, 2 (two) months of inhibition;
– for the company Brindisi FC Srl, 4 (four) points penalty in the ranking to be served in the next sports season.
Furthermore, he ruled, in the hearing scheduled for April 23, 2024, on the referral proposed by the Federal Prosecutor no. 24962/840pf23- 24/GC/gb of 3 April 2024, against Mrs. Mariachiara Rispoli and the company Brindisi FC Srl, the following PQM Device
The National Federal Court – Disciplinary Section, definitively ruling, imposes the following sanctions:
– for Ms Mariachiara Rispoli, a fine of 1,000.00 euros (one thousand/00);
– for the company Brindisi FC Srl, a fine of 1,000.00 (one thousand) euros.

– for Mrs. Mariachiara Rispoli, 3 (three) months of inhibition;
– for the company Brindisi FC Srl, 2 (two) points penalty in the standings to be served in the next sports season.
