Not just Brindisi. Alessandria will also be penalized by 6 points next season

Not just Brindisi. The National Federal Court also punished Alessandria for administrative violations with six penalty points to be served next season in Serie D (the gray club is in fact mathematically relegated). This is the press release published by the FIGC:

“As part of various proceedings, the National Federal Court presided over by Carlo Sica has sanctioned Alessandria (Group A of Serie C) and Brindisi (Group C of Serie C) following violations of an administrative nature. The two clubs were also sanctioned with fines totaling 15,500 euros, Alessandria, and 1,000 euros, Brindisi. Following violations of an administrative nature, the National Federal Court sanctioned Fermana (Group B of Serie C) also received a fine of 3,000 euros.

The TFN also sanctioned the president of the Board of Directors and sole director of Alessandria with a total of 12 months of inhibition (and a fine of 1,500 euros). Andrea Molinarowith 5 months of inhibition (and 1,000 euro fine) the sole administrator of Brindisi Mariachiara Rispoli and with 2 months of inhibition the sole administrator of Fermana Umberto Simoni“.
