L’hospital company “Ospedali Riuniti Villa Sofia – Cervello” of Palermo has completed the renovation work on the infectious seroimmunology laboratory (located on the ground floor of building “B” of the “Vincenzo Cervello” hospital), which fall within the scope of the “Emergency and building renovation works of the pavilions and external areas owned by the Palermo company referred to in the investment plan. Financial year 2022″.

In addition to this, it notes the significant improvement of existing technological systems, with a special focus on electrical and lighting systems, to ensure the correct functioning of the new machinery hosted and to comply with current legislation on energy efficiency”.

The acquisition of the new fully automated chemiluminescence analyzers, the production heart of the new laboratory, capable of carrying out the entire sample analysis process and of the new pre-analytical machinery, will make the response to the needs of the territory highly efficient, while at the same time guaranteeing a high standard of technical analytical quality.
