Three days saw the AIAS kids as protagonists as guests at the McDonald’s restaurant in Barletta.

Give a breakfast as a gift, a it is a moment of serenity and conviviality the purpose of project “Coffee, croissant and a smile” promoted by McDonald’s in which the kids from theAIAS association of Barletta, which has always been committed to protecting the physical and mental health of disabled people and their rights as citizens. AIAS promotes initiatives and activities aimed at welcoming and supporting people with disabilities so that they can achieve a certain degree of social and economic autonomy.

“It’s a pride for us to host the kids. It’s easy for the so-called able-bodied to come here and eat a sandwich, for these kids, it’s not so easy. Having them with us and seeing them smile fills our hearts. Thinking about them and their difficulties that these kids face on a daily basis makes us understand how important it is for them to experience a moment of joy and sharing, a possibility of integration and sociability.”
