Patient who died in hospital in Agrigento: compensation of 927,000 euros

Accepting the requests of the lawyers, the lawyers Angelo Farruggia (in the photo) and Manuela Raneri, the Civil Court of Agrigento condemned the health company to compensate non-pecuniary damages of 927,000 euros in favor of the family members of a patient of the “San Giovanni di Dio” in Agrigento, DF (these are the initials of his name), 75 years old, who died in 2018 due to complications that arose during a surgery which a medical-legal report blamed on the doctors.
