Three boys aged 15 and 16 were stopped by the police for an attempted robbery against a 14-year-old while he was on a city bus.

It was the driver who asked for police intervention and, realizing that something was wrong, stopped the vehicle and asked the small group of agitated people for explanations.

At this point the 14 year old told what had just happened to the driver who contacted 112 and requested the intervention of a patrol.

The boy confirmed to the military what had happened and stated that one of the three had threatened him with something he was holding in his right hand, which he said could have been a switchblade with a closed blade.

The small group, after having terrorized him with extremely threatening behavior, attempted to steal the bag he was carrying over his shoulder and his wallet, without succeeding. However, they managed to snatch the cell phone’s battery charger from his hand and after a while it was returned to him. The intervention of the driver and the arrival of the police prevented the three from completing the action and fleeing.

Still present near the bus, the three alleged perpetrators were accompanied to Strada delle Fonderie, in order to reconstruct the entire affair in detail.

In the immediate circumstances, the offended party, in the meantime joined by his father, lodged a formal complaint against the three peers, providing his version of the facts.

At the end of the investigative activity, the Carabinieri referred two 15-year-olds and a 16-year-old all resident in Parma to the Juvenile Prosecutor’s Office of Bologna, as they were considered the alleged perpetrators of the crime of attempted attempted robbery.
