NAPLES – Healthcare in Campania: if you do not want the data and documents of personal clinical events that occurred up to 18 May 2020 to be published in the Electronic Health Record (FSE), you will need to communicate this to the competent ASL office. Just do it with a link.
In fact, it will be possible until 30 June 2024 to object to the submission of your file. This was communicated by the Campania Region.
Acting as a ‘watershed’ is Legislative Decree no. 34/2020.
Any opposition is provided for by the art. 11. It must be done on your own initiative. And this is because the automatic feeding of the Electronic Health Record with only the data and documents relating to healthcare received starting from 19 May 2020 has been arranged.
But what is the ESF? The Electronic Health Record is a tool for improving the quality of care; it provides a detailed clinical picture when the citizen turns to a healthcare professional (his family doctor, a specialist, in case of access to the emergency room, etc.)
It should also be said that if the citizen does not object to the feeding of the ESF with data prior to 19 May 2020, the Electronic Health Record can also be fed with the available digital data and documents relating to clinical events and healthcare received precisely until May 18, 2020.
Therefore, those who do not want will have to say so by the deadline of 30 June 2024,
And how to do it? Patients, through a specific telematic function in the online area reserved for citizens of the “Sistema Tessera Sanitaria (TS)” portal, can object to the uploading of their health data prior to May 19, 2020. Simply activate the following link https://sistemats1. sanita.finanze.it/portale/area-riservata-cittadino.
We remind you that access to the reserved area takes place after verification of your digital identity, via SPID (Public Digital Identity System), CIE (Electronic Identity Card) or CNS (National Services Card).
