Wednesday 24 April from 6.30pm to 8.30pm at the town hall, it opens with Hangar Piemonte – a project of the Department of Culture, Tourism and Commerce of the Piedmont Region created by the Piemonte dal Vivo Foundation with the support of the Compagnia di San Paolo Foundation to support the transformations cultural – a series of in-depth meetings on planning in the cultural field. The first laboratory, with free and open participation, is dedicated to design thinking: through a short interactive training, Paolo Sponza, expert in business and organizational consultancy, will help us discover what this method is and how it is used in design to approach problems in a creative way and have unique and non-replicable ideas and solutions.
On Thursday 25 April at 10.45am, the new car park will be inaugurated in Via Difesa Alpina Cuneense dedicated to Edoardo and Giovanni Lora, members of a family dear to the Guarenese community. The project is part of the material works supported by the Snodi project. The creation of a car park adjacent to the historic center aims to encourage the use of the village on foot and the new space was designed to fit into a unique landscape context, the redevelopment intervention was designed in a sustainable way without adding concrete but improving a the area which also includes Piazza della Pantalera, which has also recently been redeveloped. The new low environmental impact car park creates more than one hundred parking spaces with spaces dedicated to people with disabilities. The intervention also makes a children’s playground safe thanks to the pedestrian walkways and the one-way street.
