“We can finally say it: we are ready for Giffoni54 which will take place from 19 to 28 July” in Giffoni Valle Piana (Salerno) and will be “a great edition, truly memorable in our intentions, stronger and more intense than ever”.
This was announced by the founder and director of Giffoni, Claudio Gubitosiat the close of Giffoni Shocka new project dedicated to art and the most innovative and creative expressive languages.
“We begin on Tuesday 23 April with the jury draws, the appointment of around 5 thousand jurors, coming from many cities and towns in Italy and from 45 countries. They are the driving force behind everything. This will be followed by the selection of the 250 young people who will animate one of the most important sections, the Impact. Little by little we will present all the pieces of that beautiful mosaic that is Giffoni”, she announced.
“We are always waiting – adds Gubitosi – that the government and the Campania Region sign the program agreement relating to the Development and Cohesion Funds. But it is clear that one of the biggest events, among the most anticipated in Campania, in Italy and in the world, could only be officially confirmed. I would like to thank the president of the Campania Region, Vincenzo De Luca, for having shown great attention towards us, guaranteeing support and collaboration for the creation of Giffoni54 ″.
