Yesterday morning the Pordenone Traffic Police met the students of the “Il Tagliamento” institutes of Spilimbergo and the “E. Torricelli” of Maniago, in collaboration with the organizers of the Paracycling World Cup sporting event, with the Prefecture of Pordenone and with the Local Police Command of Maniago.

The meetings took place in the presence of 170 pupils from the upper classes and had the aim of spreading among young people the theme of education on legality in relation to road safety, with particular regard to the rules to be respected on the road and the behaviors to be observed. as pedestrians, as well as in the driving of bicycles, electric scooters and other vehicles.

The students showed considerable interest in the interventions proposed by Bortolin Paolo and Lamberti Alessia, two Paralympic athletes, respectively in volleyball and basketball, who recounted their experience of a road accident.

The day of training on legality, strongly shared by the school managers and the entire teaching staff, took place through a real training proposal aimed at promoting civic sense among the very young in order to avoid adopting behaviors that could then be incorrect , dangerous or illegal.
