In Agrigento, in Piazza Cavour, today the first edition of the “National Prevention Day” organized by the Scientific Society of Hospital Internists (FADOI) and the National Association of Medical Nurses (ANIMO), with the patronage of the Provincial Health Authority and the Municipality of Agrigento. Doctors and nurses in the Internal Medicine departments of Agrigento hospitals are engaged in free screening for the prevention of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Ruoppolo’s lookalike, Angelo Joppolo, alias Alessandro Pappacoda, was the protagonist of the successful and popular column “Camera Zhen”, broadcast on Teleacras, and of the Christmas film “Scratch and Run”, with a very crowded “premiere” at the Cine Astor of Agrigento.
