Fear in the night in the province of Reggio Calabriafor a jolt of earthquake felt by the population, particularly among Novigrad, Taurianova And Ardor. INGV reports 3 seismic events in the area: an earthquake magnitude 3.5 occurred at 04:05, magnitude 2.7 at 04:17 and magnitude 1.1 at 04:24. All the shocks had epicenter to South of Novigrad (maps accompanying the article, in the gallery above). L’hypocenter it has been located between 12 and 16 km depth.
Earthquake felt in Reggio Calabria during the night
In detail, the earthquake magnitude 3.5 was clearly warned from the population of Ardore, Taurianova, Cittanova, Reggio Calabria, Molochio, Vibo Valentia, Rosarno, Bagnara Calabra, Locri and even Messina (data from the INGV “Hai Sentito il Terremoto” service). At the moment there is no damage to people or things.
