JESI Like appeals, historians. The ancient epicenter of local credit returns, for one day, to being a precious coordinate for the business economy. From Jesi, the city of lost banks – the Hexagon of the Popolare di Ancona, a few kilometers from Fontedamo which, narrowed down in an acronym, was Bdm – the route to celebrate the 80 years of history of Confindustria Ancona winds its way. The cutting phrase, underlined by spontaneous applause, is an explicit reference to the collapse of Banca Marche due to easy loans granted to friends. Francesco Minotti of Mediocredito Centrale strengthens the territorial front. «You are an interesting region, with a dense entrepreneurial fabric. For us you are worth 7 billion on the credit front.” On “what’s missing” in the Marche he goes straight to the core: “The ability to look far ahead.” His incitement: «More courage. Where we see good companies we willingly invest.” Davide Cuccio, face and substance of Eurizon, the Intesa Sanpaolo fund, which a few seasons ago absorbed 43% of Rossi’s galaxy, goes into technicalities: «private debt can support the growth of small and medium-sized businesses and be complementary to the banking system”..
