Eros Ramazzotti’s tears and notes accompany the white coffins

Heartbreaking moments, a moved crowd and many children and school groups. Civil and military authorities were also present at the funeral in the church of Saint Nicholas a Palagiano of Inna Aprilova, 41 years old, and Alexander Pastore, 12 years old, the mother and her little one who died on Tuesday afternoon on Highway 100, in San Basilio-Mottola, following a car accidentin which the other member of the family, Saverio Pastore, husband and father of the two victims, was seriously injured.

An Orthodox rite hosted by the Catholic community as their religion is Orthodox. Mayor Lasigna on behalf of the city paid tribute to the victims by rallying around their families. The two white coffins were accompanied by the notes “November is passing” by Eros Ramazzotti.

What happened

Inna Aprilova, also that Tuesday on board the Kia Sportage, as often happened, had gone to pick up her husband from work, in Grottaglie from the Leonardo factory. Together, they had to accompany Alexander, a promising young footballer in the role of goalkeeper, in the Bari area, to training with the Asd Nick calcio Bari. At the area in front of the Sala Azzurra, in San Basilio, their car collided, on a curve, with a truck traveling in the opposite direction.
