Genoa – Lazio, Tudor’s press conference

Important second consecutive victory in the championship for Lazio who, thanks to Luis Alberto’s goal, beat Genoa away. At the end of the match, coach Igor Tudor spoke from the press conference.

“The first half we were too thoughtful, but in the second half we just played the game, we accelerated. “It’s difficult for me to comment on a percentage, a coach is never satisfied, there weren’t too many training sessions. You can see what we want to do with and without the ball, we could take 2 steps backwards to take two forwards. There is also the mentality part, another element that I like to influence. I like having a courageous team that goes to the end, with and without the ball. Mindset is important. We are on the right path.”

“It’s difficult, 2-0 can be overturned. We will do our best, believing strongly, we need to play a great match, doing the right things up front and in defence.”
