The signature between the Prefect Clemente Di Nuzzo and Alex Saggia Deputy Vice President of the ANCE Rovigo Treviso autonomous section of Confindustria Veneto Est. An effective tool to promote legality on construction sites and avoid the risks of criminal infiltration. It is the national legality protocol of ANCE (National Association of Building Builders) and the Ministry of the Interior ratified for the province of Rovigo by Prefect Clemente Di Nuzzo and from Alex Saggia Deputy Vice President of the autonomous ANCE Rovigo Treviso Section of Confindustria Veneto Est. The same protocol has already been operational in the province of Treviso for two years after ratification by ANCE and the Prefecture.
«I thank Prefect Di Nuzzo for sharing this initiative with us – he declares Alex Wise -. The support of the Prefecture according to shared rules is decisive for actively participating in the enforcement of legality and in combating possible attempts by criminal organizations to enter construction site contracts. The Ance companies for the province of Treviso have always shared this commitment which we now also adopt for the province of Rovigo and which becomes, if possible, even more widespread, in-depth and certified, also in terms of our “Sustainable impact construction site” project which characterizes Ance Rovigo Treviso”.
«The structure of the Association – adds Saggia – will support companies in correctly carrying out all the required obligations in collaboration with the Prefecture itself, the police forces and all public institutions and administrations in compliance with their competences. The Protocol offers us the best framework to work together for legality on the Polesine construction sites. It is an ethical commitment, because we believe in the freedom of enterprise without constraints and the market alterations that illegality produces. We also believe that a context free from criminal presence presents better opportunities for attracting new investments and therefore an opportunity for the entire Polesine community.”
