The Carabinieri of the Perugia Fortebraccio station have notified a public establishment in Corso Garibaldi in Perugia of its closure for a period of 15 days, ordered by the Police Commissioner of the Province of Perugia. The measure follows some disturbances recorded in the last 4 months inside and in the immediate vicinity of the premises, circumstances which have generated great concern among the traders and citizens of the area who, also through a complaint, have reported the uncomfortable situation to the Municipality and the police forces.

“Considering the social alarm raised in the community and the contingent situation of danger for the maintenance of public order and safety – as can be seen in a note from the Police Headquarters – the Police Commissioner of the Province of Perugia, has ordered by decree the closure of the aforementioned commercial operation and the suspension of the license for a period of 15 days pursuant to art. 100 of the TULPS”. The police of the Police Force carried out the Police Commissioner’s provision and took care of the notification of the documents and the closure of the business.
