The ministerial note has been issued with which the Provincial School Offices are authorized to announce competitions based only on qualifications for access to the professional profiles of the administrative, technical and auxiliary staff of the schools
Attention: It is not a question of the OM with which the 2nd GROUP OF ASPIRANTS FOR SUBSTITUTE WORKERS will be regulated (of which there is still no news) but of the notices which can be accessed by those who are already included in the permanent rankings formed in previous years and who intend to update this position with the production of further service or cultural qualifications or those who, having achieved 24 months of service in one of the ATA professional profiles (or higher professional profile), produce an application to access this permanent ranking aimed at being placed in the role .
The regional school offices will have to publish the notices by 9 May 2024. Applications can be produced by 9am on 10 May to 2pm on 30 May 2024.
The application provides the possibility for applicants to declare the service provided with reservation by June 30, 2024. Subsequently, there will be the possibility of dissolving the reservation and fully acquiring the service actually provided. Applications for admission can only be submitted electronically through “Online Applications (POLIS)”.
To be admitted to the competition you must have seniority of at least 2 years of service (24 months, i.e. 23 months and 16 days)including non-continuous ones, served in positions corresponding to the professional profile for which the competition is announced and/or in positions corresponding to professional profiles in the area of the state ATA staff of the school immediately superior to that of the profile for which the competition is being held.
There is nothing new regarding the evaluation of the civil service, in fact this service is carried out by public bodies, in accordance with the provisions of the art. 13, paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree 77/2002, therefore this service will be evaluated with the same score attributed, in the qualification evaluation table, to the service provided in the employ of state administrations.
Following the memorandum of understanding of 12 September 2019 and the DGPER note no. 40769 of 13.9.2019, there is the possibility for non-permanent administrative assistants to declare the service carried out as DSGA in the school year. 2019-20 on the basis of the aforementioned agreement as a service carried out in the professional profile of administrative assistant. The same possibility must also be provided for the service carried out as DSGA in the school year. 2020/21 on the basis of the agreement of 18 September 2020.
ESTABLISHMENT OF THE PROVINCE OF THE BAT
It is also appropriate to highlight that, following the attribution of the mechanographic codes for the educational institutions of the BAT Province, those who are included in the rankings under examination of the Territorial Area of Bari and Foggia for the current school year can opt between the inclusion in the ranking of the Territorial Area of the BAT province or permanence in the current rankings. In case of failure to submit the update application, the interested party will remain included in the ranking of the Territorial Area of Bari or Foggia.
Those who submit the application for new inclusion can obviously request registration exclusively in one of the two territorial areas involved. After the preparation of the provincial lists until exhaustion, the aspirants will be able to request or modify, through the online applications, the educational institutions for inclusion in the institute rankings, without prejudice to the fact that those who have opted for the BAT territorial area will express locations of the territory of the relevant province and those who remained in the territorial area of previous ownership will express offices in the territory of the province of Bari or Foggia.
