Sentenced to 3 years and 4 months imprisonment for the possession of 105 kilos of hashish, subsequently thanks to the continuation constraint he got away with a total sentence of 7 years of imprisonment also for the association ex article 74 aimed at drug dealing.
The judge of the preliminary investigations of the court of Naples, accepting the lawyer’s request Luigi Poziellohe granted house arresti at his home, where he will serve the remainder of his sentence, pending the appeal process and the Court of Cassation. In particular, the organization would have been operational in Marano, in other neighboring municipalities and with branches also in territories of lower Lazio and would have moved the drugs through the use of specially modified vehicles with the provision of compartments for hiding the drugs.
