Viterbo – We receive and publish – National register of environmental managers, the deadlines for adapting the position of technical manager expired on 15 April.
Regarding the procedure for the cancellation of companies that have not complied, the National Committee of the Register of Environmental Managers has established the following: by 30 April 2024, the regional/provincial sections of the Register will decide on the start of the proceedings cancellation of businesses; once the deadline of 30 days has elapsed from the start of the aforementioned procedures without the company having appointed the suitable manager, the sections will ensure the cancellation of the categories for which the company has not made this appointment, notifying the company of the provision via certified e-mail .
To deal with this transitional phase, it is essential that the companies involved are well assisted. To this end, CNA Sostenibile offers its support, guaranteeing advice and help during this delicate period of regulatory compliance
