Pesaro-style pasticciata, Sanpietrana-style stockfish, tagliatelle with Novilara beans. Three tasty recipes, three treasures of the food and wine tradition, three stories of the territory, from today, are added to the Passatelli with fish, expanding the list of De.Co. of Pesaro, the brand that “protects and enhances typical products”.
