A young man 23 years And died, after 18 days in a coma, following the consequences of a fell from the roof of a warehouse San Martino di Lupari, in the province of Padua, while he was recovering a ball. The boy died in the intensive care unit of Padua hospital.
The accident on Easter Monday
The serious episode, which ended in tragedy after almost three weeks, occurred on April 1st in San Martino di Lupari, in the province of Padua. Here is the 23 year old Simone Bonato, from Galliera Veneta, was celebrating with some friends when he was involved in the accident.
According to what has been reconstructed, the young man was playing in the company of a group of friends when, at a certain point, the the balloon ended up on the roof of a warehouse of a shoe factory, in via Luciani.

He climbed onto the roof to retrieve it, but the ground beneath his feet gave way, causing the boy to fly four meters.
It was friends who gave the alarm to the emergency numbers as they witnessed the dramatic scene in astonishment.
The agony and death after 18 days
Transported from the Suem to Padua, the conditions of the 23 year old appeared immediately serious. Among the various injuries reported was a serious head injury which he suffered in the fall and for which he immediately underwent emergency surgery.

Simone, however, never woke up again. In a coma for 18 days, he died on the morning of Thursday 18 April, in the intensive care unit.
The family, who until the end had hoped for a different outcome, arranged the organ donation.

The condolences of friends
A craftsman in a local company, the 23-year-old was remembered and greeted by friends and colleagues. Upon hearing the news of the worsening of conditions, dozens of young people showed up at the hospital in Padua with the desire to say their last goodbyes to their friend and gather around their family.
In recent days the singer Sfera Ebbasta, again at the request of friends, had sent a video message addressed to Simone with the hope of recovering soon. Unfortunately, however, the young man was unable to see the rapper’s video which will remain, for friends and those who knew him, a memory for Simone.
