Brescia-Ternana in memory of Vittorio Mero

In the rossoverde he spent a short period on loan from the Rondinelle in the 2000/01 season in Serie B. Merein that season, he made 19 appearances in the six months he played in Terni on loan from Brescia. Unfortunately on January 23, 2002 Mero, while his teammates were busy in Italian Cup against Parma, he had a frightening accident along highway 14 near Cazzago San Martino. Mero couldn’t play that match because he was suspended and he was returning home to his family in Nava.
