The events organized by Book Faces for the “Author’s Meeting” reading are returning to Civitavecchia.
We start with an author of the highest level: Massimo Carlotto.
On Sunday 21 April, at 6.30 pm, Massimo Carlotto will be introduced and presented by Gino Saladini and Ernesto Berretti, bringing his latest book entitled Trudy, a novel in which crime and noir converge, to the Church of San Giovanni di Dio, near Piazza Calamatta. in a refined and subversive way.
During the presentation, as a backdrop to the readings, musical interludes will also be held by the musicians Antohony Caruana and Francesco Di Iorio.
Massimo Carlotto, a multifaceted author, has included the professions of journalist, playwright, cartoonist, screenwriter and writer in his background.
Some of his works: The Fugitive, Blues for Lawless Hearts and Old Whores, The Tourist, The Lovers’ Band.
As always, entry to the presentation will be free while seats last.
