“I thank all the Women of Wine in Italy for choosing the Marche, a land of well-being, which offers the possibility of a slightly more sustainable life, for choosing our region for the national convention from June 20th to 24th” . This was said by the Councilor for Agriculture of the Marche Region, Andrea Maria Antonini, speaking this afternoon at the presentation in the Raffaello Room of the Marche space at Vinitaly, at the presentation of the annual meeting of the Women of Wine Association.
“The Marche is a little outside the classic tourism routes, but it is a region that must be rediscovered for its great artistic, architectural, cultural but also natural and landscape heritage – continued councilor Antonini – and the law on wine tourism that we have promulgated is an opportunity to make the territory known through wine”.
The program of the national convention, revealed by Daniela Sorana, Marche delegate of the Women of Wine, will touch on various points of the Marche territory. For the deputy vice-president of the national association Le donne del vino, Francesca Poggio, “there will be four days of discussions, networking, projects for the future, in the name of women entrepreneurs and wine”.
The National Convention of the Women of Wine Association, with the evocative title “You will discover the Marche all the way”, will be itinerant and will touch, among the various tourist beauties and wineries, Ascoli Piceno, Recanati, Jesi, Senigallia, Pesaro, the Caves of Frasassi, Fabriano, the Sanctuary of Loreto, the Conero Riviera.
