VITERBO – Once again, the ancient city of Sutri takes on the role of cinematographic art and magic, transforming itself into an evocative setting for a costume film.
Filming has started in recent days “Death divides us”an international project – PlayEntertainment.
The cobbled streets, the thousand-year-old walls and the archaeological remains that tell centuries of history become protagonists of compelling and engaging stories, giving the public an unforgettable cinematic experience.
This is why the production, two young American directors on their first work and the set designer Crispin Sallis (three times nominated for an Oscar) chose Sutri to shoot this costume opera set in medieval Italy.
Sutri and Tuscia confirm themselves as a land of cinema, even the center of medieval Viterbo has been the set chosen for years by Italian and international productions, in recent days the film “Eleonora Duse” is being shot at the Teatro dell’Unione (photo above ).
