Mazara, the students of IC Boscarino-Castiglione visit the Senate of the Republic • Front Page

On 10 April 2024 the third classes of the lower secondary school of the IC Boscarino-Castiglione were guests in Rome at the legislative hall of the Senate of the Republic. The institute has joined the Senato Ragazzi program which opens the doors to students and accompanying teachers to broaden the horizons of knowledge to the dimension of citizenship. The initiative allows young people to directly enter the places of parliamentary institutions and learn about their role and functions “in the field”.

The students admitted to the stands carried out a training activity and received a brief explanation of the progress of the Assembly’s work. The experience involved and thrilled pupils and accompanying teachers who participated in this important event at Palazzo Madama which allows dialogue with the younger ones to provide them with greater tools for understanding the institutional and legislative instruments and the values ​​on which our Constitution. At the end of the work, all participants were presented with a copy of our Constitution by the Senate of the Republic.
