Who knows, maybe Fabrizio Corona was really right when he stated that the only chance of rebirth for Chiara Ferragni would be to close her companies, disappear for a medium-long period of time and start again with a new business on the other side of the world . The latest news on the former queen of social media tells of another piece of her empire crumbling. Specifically, her (now ex) right-hand man, Fabio Maria Damato, would be ready to wave goodbye to the first of the Italian influencers. The newspaper Il Messaggero has reconstructed some rather complex passages, which however all lead in the same direction. Management which, to be even clearer, would have a name and surname: Pasquale Morgese. He is an entrepreneur from Barletta, who joined Fenice (the company upstream of Ferragni’s) by purchasing the shares of Riccardo Pozzoli, Ferragni’s historic ex before Fedez.

Pozzoli allegedly instructed the law firm Francesco Garbagnati of Milan to send a letter to the board of directors of the aforementioned company. A letter with which a series of complaints are made about the management of the company. Starting from a capital increase of two million euros, in which he did not participate. They didn’t even like the choice of 2020, when Ferragni and Morgese had terminated the contract between Serendipity, the influencer’s company, and Mofra and N1, the Apulian entrepreneur’s companies to which he had been linked since 2018 for the production of footwear and accessories. It’s raining wet, given that this new misadventure is yet another in a long series. The Balocco scandal has overwhelmed the perfect life of Ferragni and her ex-husband Fedez.
