Even Stefano Massini, writer and playwright, on the stage of the Concertone del Primo Maggio in Rome together with Paolo Jannacci, violated the “ban” on monologues announced on the eve of the Circus Maximus event during the Rai live broadcast. His is a vehement speech that takes its cue from the scourge of deaths at work: «Every person who dies at work is carnage, it’s a catastrophe – says the actor – We should be scandalized by the death of everyone, every time everyone dies It’s a mess at work. I am against this massacre, I am an anti-fascist. There is an S, I didn’t say anti-fascist, because today if you say anti-fascist the Digos identifies you”, enthuses Massini, warming up the Concertone audience. A clear reference to the episode that occurred last December at the premiere at La Scala in Milan, but probably also to the recent stop to Antonio Scurati’s monologue on Rai 3. «They made me sign I don’t know how many papers before going on stage. I would like to say to Digos: identify them all!”, indicating the vast audience of the Circus Maximus. To Jannacci’s piano music, Massini then returns to the theme of his monologue «You die twice at work, you die and then you die every time they tell you that it was your fault, without anyone’s responsibility.
