Inheritance, Raffaella “sees” €150 thousand and cries: Liorni’s reaction

The young Sicilian, who reached the final step without errors, exploded in tears due to stress before giving the (wrong) answer.

It’s still Raffaella the champion of The Legacy. In the episode aired yesterday afternoon (Friday 26 April) of the Rai 1 game show, the competitor once again managed to win the title, triumphing against her opponents in the various games of the programme. Her journey was nothing short of excellent, and she arrived at the Guillotine with wings on their feet and enthusiasm at full blast, having not even gotten a single answer wrong. Unfortunately, however, the young girl from Messina did not shine in the last step of the quiz show as in the previous ones, and on the gong she was the protagonist of a small emotional breakdown which created some embarrassing moments in the studio, promptly resolved by the intervention of Marco Liorni.

L’Eredità, the episode of Friday 26 April: Raffaella (again) champion

Raffaella confirmed her title as L’Eredità champion by passing Nicholas in the 100 second game, while in the triello both got the better of Francisthe competitor who has monopolized the spotlight in recent weeks with two big wins. As anticipated, the Sicilian competitor’s journey to the Guillotine was remarkable, as she kept the prize money intact 150 thousand euros without making a single mistake. But when it came to giving the exact answer to the final game, things went quickly fall.

Raffaella had to connect the five clue words: put, common, little, sale, management. Just before he finished the minute available to him to identify the answer and write it on the card, he had a moment of discouragement and it’s burst into tears. The director’s close-up immortalized the tears streaming down her face, Liorni obviously also noticed her moment of difficulty, but limited himself to smiling at her to encourage her as he was unable – by regulation – to speak to her at that moment in the game.

Raffaella’s tears and Liorni’s (tender) reaction

Raffaella’s choice fell on the term “price“, and once he wrote the word he was able to explain the reason for his tears. The girl revealed that she was agitated because she was undecided between two solutions: “I followed a logical thread, I had more words, I chose one rather than another” she told Liorni, adding that the term she excluded in the end was cost. The host immediately reassured her, announcing that the latter was not the winning word. Then Raffaella made a confession, still speaking in sobs: “First I said I had put the anxiety aside but in reality I now have the anxiety and I also have the regret of knowing that maybe I got the answer wrong”. Touched by the scene, Liorni gave her words of encouragement and sent a handkerchief (from a lady in the audience) to allow the competitor to dry her tears. Then, with sweetness and empathyannounced that the Guillotine solution was “account”but at that point Raffaella had already recovered from the moment of discouragement and greeted everyone with a smile, confident of being able to relaunch the assault on the prize money in one of the next episodes.

Social media reactions

The tears of the young player The legacyof course, did not go unnoticed on X, where many users commented on the incident. There are those who have underlined theexcessive emotionality of the girl, advising her to be more calm: “Oh God Raffaella you’re very young and tender so I don’t feel like criticizing you but come on even less, otherwise you won’t get there at 30”. Another user observed: “Today I wouldn’t want to be Marco Liorni who has to disappoint this very sweet competitor.” Although there was some teasing, most of the reactions of the people on the web were of solidarity with the girl: “Poor thing, the stress has played a bad trick on her”, “The tension is killing her”, “She was convinced she had won, what a joke.”
